Frequently Asked Questions
Shipping and Handling:
All items are shipped via UPS and are fully insured. Goods will be delivered within 14 days since the day of the purchase anywhere in the U.S. and its territories and up to 30 days for most international countries unless stated otherwise. Products are also insured for safety reasons at no extra charge.
No goods will be delivered to P.O. Boxes or Military addresses under any circumstances. Only valid residential addresses are acceptable. C.O.S. (Cash on Delivery) is also not acceptable for delivery. No exceptions. We will not be held responsible for invalid addresses for any reason.
Return and Exchange Policy:
Within 30 days of delivery, you may return any product purchased from "Megan's Exquisite Jewels" provided that the merchandise is in new condition with original packaging and accessories if any, unless otherwise stated. All returned merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are returning a non-defective product, you must pay return shipping fees. No refunds or exchanges on items that packaging has been opened and cannot be resold as new.

- Original packaging (original box, packaging, etc.)
- Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return of any goods.
- Original packing slip if any. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction or unless otherwise stated.
- Manufacturer tags.
Returns must meet ALL applicable criteria
- If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed above, it will be rejected by our returns department and returned back to you at the customers expense. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufactuers allow us no room to make exceptions.
- Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied.
- Returns must be complete.
- If your return is not complete, it will be rejected by our returns department and returned back to you at the customers expense.
